39"/1000 mm High Precision Ruler is graduated in 1mm increments on top edge and 1/64" increments on the bottom edge.  It is made of Hardened and Tempered Steel with Matte Satin Nickel Finish for durability and ease of reading.  Graduations and numbers are precision engraved and filled with black enamel.   Serialized ruler comes furnished with its own Certificate of Calibration traceable to NIST, issued by an independent accredited laboratory
